Harken thine ears, soften thine hearts!

Normally, we say; once bitten, twice shy.

However, in some areas of life, for some people, we can be bitten a hundred times and still refuse to be shy.
Why? 😅😅

It is called stubbornness.
When God repeatedly says, "NO," but all we hear is "YES." When God repeatedly gives us assignments, but all we do is run. When He tells us to wait, but we rush ahead. When He tells us to move, but we remain planted where we are.

As Christians, you cannot go far with God if you are stubborn.
It won't work.
The Christian walk requires obedience. Not perfect obedience, because we all make mistakes, but a heart that is willing to listen, learn, and follow.

So let me ask you:
• When last did you go on a retreat?
• When last did you intentionally step away from distractions to spend time with God?
• When last did you deactivate social media as part of a fast?
• When last did you obey God in the small things? The tiny instructions nobody else sees?
You and I need to become more obedient to God, trust me.
His burdens are bearable, and His yoke is easy.
The safest place to be is in the centre of God's will.
Stubbornness may delay the journey, but obedience will always move you forward.

Alright?

With love,
Mama
