weekly reminder: WORRY- why you should avoid it

"I know that I will live to see the Lord's goodness in this present life."
(Psalm 27:13 GNT)

The grace of a new day is worth celebrating, remembering us that life is worth living, one day at a time.

Dear Gorgeous,
You see, it’s so easy to get lost in tomorrow. We worry about what hasn’t even happened yet: the bills, the children, the job we want, the relationship we’re praying for (for the single brethren among us 🤗). Before we know it, our hearts are heavy with what ifs.

But Jesus said in Matthew 6:34, “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

He wasn’t dismissing our needs; He was reminding us to live in the grace of today. God gives fresh mercies every morning because He knows we cannot carry tomorrow’s load with today’s strength.

Gorgeous, everything you long for will fall into place in its time.

💡 This week, remember:
Worry doesn’t change tomorrow. It only steals today’s peace. When you feel the weight of the unknown, pause, breathe, and whisper: “God, I trust You with tomorrow.”

📌 This week, I think you should:
Give yourself permission to be fully present in one thing each day. Whether it’s a meal, a laugh with someone you love, or even a quiet moment of prayer, let it remind you that today is God’s gift.

You will make it.

With Love,
Mama🤎
