Weekly Reminder: Feminine and Sexual Health Tests

It's a new Month. I have something to share with you today. So let's go right into it.
To ensure your feminine and overall health:
In your 20s, please run these tests.
• ⭐️ PAP Smear (from 21 years) + *HPV DNA co-test ( *safe in virgins)
• ⭐️ STI screening (if sexually active)
• ⭐️ Ferritin (not just PCV)
• ⭐️ Know your Genotype
• ⭐️ HPV vaccine (BEST before sexual activity)
• ⭐️ Blood pressure check
• ⭐️ Mental health checks (burnout is a diagnosis)
In your 30s please run these tests
• ⭐️ Pap smear every 3 years + HPV DNA Cotesting
• ⭐️ Clinical breast exam yearly
• ⭐️ Full thyroid panel (if symptomatic)
• ⭐️ Fasting insulin (picks insulin resistance early)
• ⭐️ DVT awareness (especially if you're on hormonal birth control, frequent travels or previous pregnancies)
• ⭐️ AMH (ovarian reserve; if you want kids in the future )
In your 40s please run these tests
• ⭐️ Mammogram (know your baseline)
• ⭐️ Full hormonal panel (perimenopause is real)
• ⭐️ Fasting insulin (especially with unexplained weight shifts)
• ⭐️ Colorectal screening (uncomfortable but life-saving)
• ⭐️ Bone density (if you have risk factors)
• ⭐️ Full heart health checks
50s & Beyond please run these tests
• ⭐️ Cognitive Health (important but RARELY discussed)
• ⭐️ Mammogram every 1-2years
• ⭐️ DEXA Scan, nutrition + strength
• ⭐️ Shingles Vaccine ( post herpetic neuralgia is life altering)
• ⭐️ Eye Pressure check ( glaucoma risk)
• ⭐️ Continue Heart Health assessment
Also limit your sexual partners please 🙏🏾
