HOW ARE YOU TODAY? Overwhelmed?
“But Moses said to God, ‘Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?’”
There are days you’ll feel unworthy, just like Paul. (1 Corinthians 15:9)
“For I am the least of the apostles and do not even deserve to be called an apostle…”
There are days you’ll feel depressed, just like David. (Psalms 13:2)
“How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart?”
There are days you’ll feel fearful, just like Jonah. (Jonah 1:3)
“But Jonah ran away from the Lord and headed for Tarshish…”
There are days you’ll feel overwhelmed, just like Elijah. (1 Kings 19:4)
“He came to a broom bush, sat down under it and prayed that he might die. ‘I have had enough, Lord,’ he said.”

The truth is, I truly feel you, because there are days I feel exactly like this too. Some days, I get so lost in the struggle that I forget who I am in Christ. But you know what keeps me going? God’s word. It’s my constant reminder that I’m not alone, and no matter what, I will make it through.
Think about it: if great men like Moses, Paul, David, Jonah, and Elijah, chosen by God, could face moments of fear, anxiety, and despair, it's okay for us to feel that way too. And just like they overcame, you will overcome too, sis!
Walking with God doesn’t mean life will always be easy. It means we choose to trust Him over our emotions, even when things seem impossible. (Proverbs 3:5) [Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding...]
